Dizzy Change misfire?

Dizzy Change misfire?
(Stock GSR)
I was borrowing a friends JDM dizzy, for a while and my car was running normal, till i had to give it back, so i slapped on my old dizzy, and now cyl 3 is misfiring. I put my friends Dizzy back on and it is still misfiring? What could be the cause? Timing is right. fuel pressure is holding up, the only thing that is weird, is that my plugs have no washers on it! I dont know why?? Or how i could even forget to put all 4 Washers back on them when i replaced them. Would that be the cause? thanks..
