Need rebuild torque numbers for B20 bottom end...

I'm building a B20 VTEC and the only thing I don't have is the torque rating for the main caps when I reinstall those. Anybody help a brotha out so I don't have to buy the manual just yet?

Did you just keep the stock B20 mains? Without a girdle right?
