BOUNCE BOUNCE BOUNCE
Full tein or omni coilover shock combo...that's the better way.
Otherwise you need to extend the shock mount (top hat) an inch, or at least cut your bumpstop in half. That bounce is the shocks bottoming out. Raising it an inch and getting adjustable shocks would also help.

if they are like most coil-overs the spring rates are too high for most shocks to handle. i say try and buy some better shocks. also how far did you drop it?

if it's not making a thud, then you're not bottoming out. when you bottom out/hit the bumpstops, it's something you can definitely feel/hear.
if it's just bouncing too much, it's a damping issue. projecteg is right about the spring rates and the stock damper's inability to dampen the oscillations of the spring aka keep the car from bouncing around.
aftermarket shocks or softer springs are your solution.
