Where to get TD04H-19T parts?
I'm no turbo expert, but I decided to try to rebuild my 19T here in the shop. I went to remove the compressor side nut and it twisted the end of the shaft clean off! Is there any hope here to possibly get ahold of a new exhast wheel/shaft assembly? Anyone have any idea where I might find one and possibly what such an item is going to set me back. This sucks ***..
i found a td04h off a volvo that i was able to use the shaft and turbines out of to replace my turbine that had a chipped blade. i also tried calling some places to get a new turbine and shaft and didnt really find much.
the tdo4hl-19t uses the asme turbine wheel as the tdo4hl 16t.
I can get all the parts needed for these turbos. We have our sister business in europe and we buy alot 16t's. The 19t compressor wheel is a hard one to get as it has been discontinued.

The compressor wheel here is still in great shape. I'm just in need of the turbine wheel and shaft assembly. Is there a number I can reach you at? an approximate price I am looking at?

heh, that sucks; remember its a reverse thread
anyway yea; all the mitsu turbo internal parts are interchangeable; measure the turbine inducer/exducer and you may get lucky and find one on ebay for cheap

Yeah, I totally forgot about that option and kept going to town on the damn thing. Sucks too because it looks like all it needed was a simple cleaning and it would have been perfect. I'm freakin pissed right now. I bet a new shaft is going to run me like $150.. maybe more.
