Default How many times a year does Insurance CO. update the DMV Records?

Went to Court and through a conspiracy, I am guilty.
0 points to become 5 and Automatic Suspension for 3 Months.
(NO R for 3 months for me = ).

so.. My Insurance rate will go up, right? when exactly, does anyone know?
sigh... I paid a low insurance... now it might doubles...

what comes to worse, I'll have to part with the R and move to Japan...
(I really like the 2nd idea.. now, fixing my Resume....)

Yos, around here it stays on your perment records for 3 yrs from the date the ticket or violation was issued and then deleted from the DMV database after that time period has been reached. But mine didn't increase too much just couple bucks more for my one ticket speeding I'm not sure how they treat your type of case as I've never had that happen to me.

It depends on the company. Some never check unless you have a claim, some check every time you renew.

Yeah.. this is really what happened.. maybe I should've challenged the Magistrate to put me in 1 year probation to prove that I will not have any violations..
heck, I even use my blinker everytime I make a little turn..
(EVERYTIME)...
and about speeding.. I don't really speed that much, unless everyone is going fast. (or else they're all honk me and pass me)..

My insurance is with Allstate.. I hope they won't check mine this April.

Normally they randomly check and also when its time for renewal. Look into driving school to reduce some of the suspension time. You may have to talk to the prosecutor about this but its worth a shot.

I have State Farm and have seen no changes after getting two speeding tickets, one pretty major (6 points) and one minor (2 points). And now for some odd reason, it went up like $12 last month and now this month it dropped back off? Not sure why but I was happy about it.

whatever.. I'll find a way to drive..
we'll see what happen.

I have allstate too, and as far as I know, they don't check your DMV record unless you have a claim...

Ohhhh.......This is good. I hope this is the case.
and about the suspension.. we'll see how long it will be. what I heard is at least 60 days.. but could be up to 6 months.

and for that fine for running 137 on 55.. hm.. that's real bad.. $1000 fine..
mine is only $300... but it's just funny.. I don't think I ran that fast..

anyway.. thanks all.. I'll keep everyone posted on what will happen.

once I get the suspension, I'll wax my R, clean it up real well and put it in garage as my Garage Queen.

Trust me I will still go AutoX somehow..
