iv'e got an surge from 1,100 to 1,400rpm all the time warmed up or not otherwise the car runs perfect. The idle doesnt noticably smooth out till after 3,000 rpm or so. Im showing code 14 (iacv) and thats it. the vavle itself seems to be fine so i just repind the blue/yellow wire (a11) pr3 ecu and i reran a new wire thinking it was pinched mabye but that didnt fix it the other wire is solid orange and in my sheet it shows the one and only orange wire is (b10) and is listed as crank angle sensor so im sure what to do anymore since the iac valve is $210 i dont want to buy it if its not the problem..

maybe try using one of your boys iacv..takes 5 mins...

 

even though my car obd-0 can i try one from a 2000 gsr (obd-2) or a stock d-series 92 hatch dx? because those are my options right now

 

if it bolts up then yes, no then obviously no.....worth a try..
