B18b Tranny problems

I have a 2001 ls swap in a 94 hatch and the past week I put the clutch in and it stays ingauged untill i pull it out it happens every so often? If any one has had this problem what was it thanks

Check your clutch fluid, if it's low flush it with DOT 3/4 brake fluid.
