Default Help with Kpro RSX turbo

I am stumped on this issue and need help from anyone that can possibly help

what are possible causes for an erratic idle?

here are my symptoms

vacuum reading is fine its about -14lbs

but the idle goes from 1000-2000 rpm

and the AF all over the place of course

the ignition goes from 0-6 values

I dont have any vacuum leaks
i checked the IAC valve and it seemed ok

what possible things could cause this or is it just tuning?

I have an rsx with 3 bar map gm kind, gt35r, any other details you guys need?

I use kpro to tune

anyone know the columns that belong to idle?

What column is it reading under when idling? To me it sounds like a vacuum leak.

That isn't right. Unless you have ITB's.

Alberto. I asked you if there was a vacuum leak earlier Unless you already hurt this motor there is a vacuum leak. I will look at it tomorrow when I wake up.

yes you asked me but to my knowledge there is not a vacuum leak

remember I have that vacuum manifold so really only a couple of spots it could be leaking from

the main hose coming from the brake booster to that vacuum manifold is one suspect, the others arent really considering I bought new vacuum hose from vacuum mani to wastegate and the one to map sensor and bov seem ok

There are a lot of vacuum lines on your motor. You could also have a vacuum leak some where on your intake manifold. A lot of places to check for.

The turbo RSX-S I put a GE Vacuum Manifold on didn't have any wierd idle characteristics. Then again, I tapped the IM plate for mine instead of using the BB line.

Mike. When I ran into Alberto he was getting one hundred to one hundred and twenty knock counts. Might have been engine noise but that's a little much for engine noise. That was the old engine though. This is the new one and things have changed. Not to mention the old kal was setup for closed loop.

Mike the problem was that the car was tuned while the Knock sensor was malfunctioning( somehow that went bad while car was being tuned?)

and so it was horribly innacurate tune as far as knock, when I installed the new knock sensor it was knocking all over the place.
