My friend got pulled for 135mph in a 55. I was right behind him and a Maryland State Trooper passed me like I was standing still and pulled him over.

I nearly had a heart attack. He only got one ticket for 85 in a 55. Cop lowered the speed and gave him a warning never to be caught again in his state. He was in a rush somewhere else, that's why.

He's one lucky fool.

i been pulled over a few times twice in the same place on 680n which has a posted speed limit of 65.. well the first time the cops blocked the freeway, surrounded my car and the officer just said my car matched the one racin going over 140 less than 2 exits back and since i didn't say it was me, we talked about how bad the other people on the freeway were driving at the time and when it came time to leave the officer said to be careful pulling back into traffic... 140-65=75over
the second time a undercover got me for going close to 100 and changing lanes too much but he just wanted to let me know that he could give me a ticket, that it gonna rain soon and to adjust my driving accordingly and be careful when pulling back into traffic... 100-65=35over and changing lanes
one time in the same place the chp flashed a light at me from the side and i was wasn't even going 100 after i sped up to get out of the chp's way... normally they seem to appreciate the fact i notice...
ok.. san rafeal bridge posted 45mph and this car comes up on me pretty fast so i sped up and up til the car behind me eased up around 120mph and we continued at that rate til i got over near san leandro to see what was behind me and it was a cop so i let it pass...
another time i was going 125 down a street in dublin and a cop pulled up behind me with its lights flashing as i was gonna get gas but he turned them off and didn't say anything...
i think my car has a lot to do with my not even getting pulled over cuz it handles so well and it must just be known that many vehicles are more dangerous at 75-80mph than my car is at 120 or so... also i think it better not to speed with pasengers and if i'm tired i gotta sleep and well just make sure i'm all good to drive b4 i try

Damn, that's quite a driving record there itRgirl...at what point are you going to start driving at (or near) the speed limit? I'd hate for you to get your car impouned and spend a night in jail...and if you keep driving 120 mph in the Bay Area on a regular basis, it's going to happen sooner or later...

Yeah it was like 3am on a deserted road. I just told him the truth, I was cutting loose and having a little fun. I think he found the truth a refreshing change, that and I hadn't been drinking.

I got clocked at 120mph on I-85 in Greensboro, NC on Thanksgiving night 2000.

Got off scott free = a courteous warning by the NC State Trooper - not even a lecture.

It sure put new meaning into "Thanksgiving" for me.
