Me and my buddy just put together a B18C1 for his EG hatch, and we were wondering on how to reset his odometer. I tried searching on google and on here, but was unable to find anything.
We have removed the odometer from the cluster, but the digits are locked into place, can anyone assist us w/ this?

What do you mean by resetting the odometer? like back to zero or to reflect actual millage?
Btw just because you put in a new motor dosent allow you to reset your odm. legally it has to reflect how many miles are on the chasis of the car. Thats my understanding anyhow.

pull one of the cogs off the dial itself... then snap it back in... if you can put a swap in you can figure the rest out.

or you could use an electric motor with high rpm to rotate it back to 0... as you get close to 99999 slow down and rotate it to 0 by hand instead of opening up the gear assembly and possibly messing something up... but if you don't have an electric motor you could do it as was previously suggested
another way would be to buy a zeroed speedo and swap it as i have pointed out here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1438255
