i dunno what turbo kit to get for a 95 ls

 

simple.. DRAG GEN 3

 

i heard there manifolds r junk

 

stay with the supercharger... if you get a turbo, good chance something will happen and then we have one more blown motor to look at.. stay supercharged.. this way you dont have to worry about..

1. boost spikes
2. heat off the turbo melting things near it
3. wastegate melting things near it like wires
4. boost spikes
5. really crappy gas mileage
6. temptation to turn it up "just one more psi"

did i mention those cold morning power making boost spikes?

 

well see i just smoked my ls only 80,000k spun a rod bearing soo im rebuilding
im running out of things to do to make more horsepower

 

drag 3. just make sure its installed and tuned properly...might as well sleeve and go forged pistons and rods too if youre gonna go turbo.

 

if you get the drag 3 definitely consider upgrading to a tial wastegate, i hear horror stories with the turbonetics one that comes with the kit...

get the turbo but also get hondata ... i actually bought my stuff backwards meaning i got everything except for the turbo and exhaust hehe.

now i'm thinking about a bottom end build up ... too bad my car is a daily driver
