you've been here long enough to know to use the searc but ill let u know anyways. theres a bolt at the bottom of the tranny that u need a 3/8 rachet drive (square in shape) to remove. empty ur disgusting tranny fluid. find the fill hole. remove the black rubber piece. and pour in 2.2 quarts of honda mtf or synchromesh. your done. dont even check ur fluid. if you've had the car long enough just change it. it cost no more than 10$

or if its too much of a bitch to use the actual fill hole, unscrew the speed sensor (see pic). get a long funnel to reach down there and you're golden. just bolt the sensor back on when you're done.
