Default b18b in eg, code 43

well recently my cel popped up so i checked it and its a code 43 which is the fuel pump supply. this NEVER came up when i had the stock motor in and now since ive swapped its popped up twice. what should i check? thanks

You need a new O2 sensor.

why would i need an o2 sensor for the fuel pump supply? doesnt make sense

That code just means your o2 sensor is lazy...not reading right. I had the same problem.But go ahead and mess with your fuel pump and see...
