car idles high...need help
my buddies got an 89 accord. when he starts it up, it idles at about 2g's, and goes down to about 1 and a half after the car warms up...i know it should be like 800, but have no idea how to fix it or possibly the cause of it...he needs to get it fixed to get that **** registered...could i possibly dick with the throttle cable? any suggestions would help greatly
