Exhaust Gas Recirculation - Valve should be located on your IM and same as the ports. They are capped off by lil circular caps.

IM thinking you mean PCV not PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). Positive crankcase Ventilation - It should be on your valve cover.

Fuel Filter should be located under the Intake manifold, Passenger side Firewall. There might be a black box blocking the way above it but the fuel filter will be right underneath.

EGR Ports are on the Intake manifold. Kinda hard to explain but they are the circular markings on your IM. You can pull your PCV off and shake it. If you hear it moving inside then it should be good.

EGR...ar...it's a round thing that have a clip harness attached to it, it's on top of the IM and there should be a green tag on it(at least on newer accord)

pcv is located right on top of the Valve over it's a 90degree bent plastic "L"

fuel filter, it depends on what generation of accord, early accord have a in hood filter, 6th gen have a fuel filter in the gas tank
