What kind of ECU
I have a 91 integra with a B18 motor. The motor runs fine except for idling. The problem is the ECU. It has an OBD 0 from a B16 and I think it needs an OBD 1. Can anyone tell me if this is the problem and if so what else do I need to get adapters or other wiring for the ECU. Thanks
"b18 motor" isn't very descriptive. Specifically what kind of b18? What year is the motor?
Unless you converted your car from obd-0 to obd-1, then you don't need and obd-1 ecu. Also, vtec ecu's run non-vtec motors like crap, so if you have an ls motor, then that could be your problem. Just switch to the ecu that the car is actually supposed to be using.

It is a B18 c1 from a 99 gsr. It's a vtec motor. The guy I bought it from said it needed a P28 ECU but I am not sure if it needs that or something else.

You said it runs fine except for the idle. What's wrong with the idle??
Also, your obd-0 b16 ECU isn't going to open you secondary butterflies that the GSR has, and your going to lose 8hp in the high RPM. My suggestion is that you convert your car to OBD-1 and run a 94-95 GSR computer. That should run great.
I got the LO-CASH Racing conversion. It was expensive, but the kit was extremely good quality. Everything plugged up perfectly. You'll need a 94 GSR dizzy, a 94 GSR ECU, a 4-wire o2 sensor for the GSR, the ECU adapter, and the ECU subharness that Lo-Cash makes, and you'll need the dizzy adapter.

Also Lo Cash sells custom programmed ECUs. They'll send you an obd-1 ECU for whatever motor you want it to run. It includes your choice of VTEC engagement rpm, and rev-limits. I'm running this computer, I got it to run my b16, and I set the VTEC at 5500rpm, and the rev-limit to 8400.
The problem with the idle is when you first start it up it idles between about 200 and 1000 rpms. Sometimes it will drop real low and stall out. After it has ran for a while it gets better and idles around 800. Someone told me that I could run a P72 with OBD0 to OBD1 jumper and different fuel injectors would this work. The guy I bought the car from gave me an OBD1 distributor so I am guessing that would work with the new ECU. Also can you get all of the ECU and the stuff needed for it from locash.
Yeah, Lo-Cash makes all the jumpers and harnesses needed. As far a fuel injectors, just use the stock OBD-0 ones. They will work, since they are wired to a resistor box. That's the way mine is.
So by the sounds of what you already have, you need a 4-wire o2 sensor, an ECU adapter, a dizzy adapter, and the optional engine subharness (this will make things sooooo easy, since all the wires are included, with plugs!!). You can buy ALL of this from lo-cash.
