Default nology or ngk spark plug wires/piaa lights?

which ones are better?
also, do headers save on gas?
what exactly is the purpose of header? I know it's to allow more air, but is that it?
are piaa plasma spark blues pretty good?

nology hotwires are much better

and no headers will not save you on gas

save your self some $$$ and get some cheap ones from autozone. nology or any other aftermarket might have thicker wires, but the performance of our accords dont need them...

Autozone wire fit like crap at least on the valve cover of a 92 accord. Go with stock.
