Clearances and piston/rod matching.
So, I had LS/Vtec all up an running a few months ago. I decided I wanted to rebuild the b18b block I was running my head with. No point in have a very nice head w/my block that can't handle the rpm's. I had my b16 head fitted with Crower Titanium Valve springs and retainers. I have REV swirl polished racing valves, STR fuel rail and cam gears, ITR gasket matched IM, p&p and 3 angle valve, and GE LS/Vtec kit all on stock bottom end.
I've decided now to rebuild my block. I pulled my motor in August and bought a b16 to drop in it until I could rebuild my block. Well I've been putting it off for too long now.
I have some b18b SRM Forged rods w/ARP 9mm bolts for the block and that's about it.
I need help in figuring out what pistons to run and also my clearances. I was going to purchase some CTR standard bore pistons, ACL race bearings. I was also wondering if a ITR cranshaft would fit in my block. I think I'd need to replace some parts in oil pan. Maybe the pickup, girdle, and some other things.
Any help on what others are running for there b18b block would be greatly appreciated. I need some help on this one. I've never done block work before. Just want to make sure I do it right and don't buy pistons or bearings that I don't need.

Well, im not sure about the cleareances, but yeah, an ITR crankshaft will fit your block. A b series is a b series.

Incorrect. GSR and ITR pistons will not work with LS rods without machining the rods.
Get some CP pistons to go with the forged rods so you can run full floating wrist pins.
