So i recently put in an ACT pressure plate and a act street disk... Honestly im not sure how much i like the feel of this clutch. I havn't really had a chance to see how it grabs since im still in the break in stage but the pedal feel is pretty crappy.. It doesn't feel like its harder to press but its spongy i was just wondering

how everyone elses ACT pressure plate feels on their cable trannys
and are they happy with them

 

That's gonna be my bext swap on my B16 CRX. I love the way that ACT clutch feels on my 97 Teg that I got it for the crx too.

 

I run a 6 puck solid hub, HD pressure plate and pro flywheel. I like the feel but its almost like an on/off switch.

 

I dunno, compared to my clutchmasters stg.4 the ACT 6 puck unsprung feels great and seems to be holding 15lbs of boost DD on my CRX with the YS1. The 4 puck sprung hit hard as all get out (could chirp 4th with ease and with a lil effort 5th) but honestly DD with it in stop n go sucked. I could do standing burnouts in 2nd all day long tho lol.

Wait for the break in dude.
