where to get a deal on pistons and rods

where to get a deal on pistons and rods
in the magazines i see deals for a piston and rod combo with wrist pins and rings for like 750. Yall seen any better deals then this?

sooo.. you dont really care about the type/brand they are? you just want the cheapest ones?
lol, i'll machine you up some "JDM" pistons and rods at work for $200 when i have some spare time.. is mild steel ok?

well im not wanting oem pistons, but what they say is that they are forged and im not needing 600 hp just about 350. I figure that any decent aftermarket brand can handle that
