Default Ls/Vtec with chiped P28 ECU having fuel problems

My set up is in my sig, but I have a B18A1 with type r pistons and LS rods.
My head is a B16 with type r cams.

Problem: seems like I'm burning lots of fuel. And running very rich.
Question: Do I need a different chipped ECU or need my ECU tunned?

if you're using stock injectors (b16) i ran a p30 ecu to tide me over until i got the hondata... ran strong, never smoked, even during break-in.

I'm using stock LS B18 injectors.

So, you're saying I need hondata?

If you're not going to tune it yourself, ask whoever is going to tune it what to use.
