Default Built ls-vtec 85mm, what cams to use?

A friend of mine has an ls-vtec set-up with about 12.0:1 compression. He is running a sleeved ls block with a 85mm bore. For now he has a stock port b16 head with portflow valvetrane. I dont have much more info on it right now .. but any help would be apreciated. I did a little searching but i didnt find much about any one with 85mm set-up, HELP please looking to buy some tonight

I personally would do the M22xx with that motor. With a stock head I think the M24's would be a bit much. What header/exhaust and engine management is he running?

He'd still make power with the M24's, and if headwork IS in his plans, then they would be the cam to go with.

If he does not plan on doing headwork, then M22's would be the cam to get.

What he said^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I say the pro 3 , buddy 5 are too big and not needed.. They were too big for my motor and mine is 12.5 cr
