my car still has the stock engine mounts w.a b16 swap. i was thinking of putting in aftermarket mounts in and i have two options. i can put in the polyurethane mounts but was wondering what the effects would be inside the cabin. i know polyurethane is a hard plastic and that it will transfer alot more vibrations. so what would an optimum engine mount be if i didnt want a noisey inside cabin but better of a mount than my stock ***** lookin ones?

there was a thread here about filling in your mounts with some compound. Then drill holes in it till you get the right amount of stiffness. do a search. I'm sure you'll find it.
