just was tryng to get peeps opinions on what i should replace first...

well im gonna lower is 2 inches i know that much i also want to get some performance mods to it too since i got to wait to get some money to get a better engine got a y7 in it for now....

KYB AGX struts and H&R sport springs. That lowers 1.8 and 1.6 front and rear. It's important to upgrade the struts.

Energy suspuension full bushing kit. About $120 shipped, but quite a timely install. Worth every penny...

I know you said suspention but I am interperting that as you want better handling, and if that is the case, get a set of sticky tires.... best thing I ever got for my car.

And if tires is not what your after I like litterbox's idea of H&R sports w/ AGX or Koni Yellows. Also look into adding a rear sway for a little less understeer. Some OEM sways that shouldnt rip out your subframe include: EM1- 13mm, GSR-14mm, Del Sol (VTEC, i think?)- 15mm.

I had neuspeed race springs 2 1/4 drop on my 99ex and loved the way they performed, but it is a stiff ride! I also have ground control coil-overs on my 97ex which also handle good and dont seem as stiff.Its a good idea to buy performance struts when replacing springs so save a little extra. KYB gr-2 struts are great replacements for the price......
