Should I wait for an alignment?
I am getting new dampers installed this Wednesday and was wondering if I should wait a couple of days for the suspension to settle to get an alignment or can I get one right after the install?

Your suspension should not "settle", unless you have springs that can be bent into a different shape purely be the weight of the car. In which case, it won't matter when you align it, because the alignment will continue to change as the car continues to get lower and lower as the springs bend.
If you correctly reset the bushings for a changed ride height, the car shouldn't settle. Just chanigng shocks shouldn't change ride height, unless the shocks internal pressure are both holding the car up higher than springs alone would, and will change over time, which they shouldn't.
