hello,
i was reading hasports si to b16 wiring conversion and i got a little mixed up on the second o2 sensor . it says i can ehter run the 2nd o2 to c8 or i can tap the signal i would like to know how to do the later.

is all i need to do is tap the c16(primary) to c8 on the ecu im confused please help

It means you can either run the second O2 sensor or eliminate the second O2 sensor and run the signal from the primary sensor to both signal inputs. Basically you run two wires from the Primary O2 sensor to both the primary and secondary O2 inputs at the ecu.
