what is different between

the ecu

PM5-A80
PM5-A180
Pm6-A080

The pm5s are just too different productions, one might be 88-89, 90-91, auto, or manual. Hard to find out with those since no one loves them. They are only useful in DPFI engines. The pm6 is the si ecu.

I think the pm5-a80 might be a 91 auto, but that'd be in my car right now so I can't check.
