Are you kidding? The possibilities are endless. Are you gonna run NA, or boosted? Turbo, or supercharger? You need to be more specific.

Or you could just give me the 7k and I will show you when I am done!! I might even met you hear it run!!! LOL

JK man what are your intentions though

If you are planning a NA build up, I can help give me a call. I know a thing or two about the h22.

^^you're right, you will have to excuse him, nobody on honda-tech remembers the telephone system...

i love it when i see posts online: "what will "x" procedure cost at "y" shop??"

call them...

now, if you want to know the best way to spend 7 grand....

sleeve the block - $1000
f23 crank - $100
rlz style wiseco pistons at 12.5:1 compression - $400 ( i think)
carillo rods - $1000 (not at all sure)
rlz head port and custom intake manifold, plus motor assembly - call but probably about $2000
jun cams - $1000
valvetrain - $250
rmf header- $850
2.5 or 3 inch catback - $300

thats close enough to $7000....now rlz is all the way in north carolina, you could probably get jg to do something similar since you live out there...

theres your stroker kit, 97mm
fat cams, jun has that covered

just my opinion....i wanted to leave extra money for a quaife lsd but i ran out....you could cheap out on the sleeving, leave the stock sleeves, and run h22 or h23 pistons to get whatever compression you like, i think 12.5 would be best if you can get a good tune....**** i forgot an ems too....well you would save about 1500 from the sleeving, so 800 for an lsd, and 700 for some ems and a tune

you could get a cool-air intake, a NOS fogger, and a standalone fuel management system. it's not a bad way to spend $7,000...
