BACK BRAKES
do you mean after you take off the old brake pad and you're trying to push the piston back into fit the new brake pad? if so, use a c-clamp with your old brake pad in between to push against the caliper.
You dont push it back in, the rear piston twists back in. there is a big X cut into the piston, get something in there and twist it in. It takes a little effort, but once it spins it goes easy.
If you do push it in you can runi the piston

The rear caliper requires a special tool you can buy at Auto Zone for $8 or a fat screwdriver/pry bar. Turn the piston clockwise I believe and it will go back in.

I use the largest open ended wrench that will fit the grove in the caliper piston and put a screwdriver in the closed end of the wrench. Cranks pretty easily and works like a charm every time. Don't forget to open the MC resevoir first.
