overheating slowly...
i got a 94 ex coupe original motor
,yah first honda but i was just wondering if anyone knows what part and where it is, that sends the signal to the radiator fan relay to kick on the fan....,I changed the thermo all the hoses, and the radiator, gonna do the water pump soon,i doubt it's the water pump yet since it overheats slowly and i mean slow, the temp starts to go up when i stop the car and let it idle after a long drive,I know the fan relay is alright, got it tested thing clicks, well my friend actually had a voltmeter and tested the relay, the fan itself works because i pulled the relay and wired it so that the fan would stay on if i had the car running or at the on position oh and i bled the air out of the system, anyway if anyone knows if there's a part or sensor that sends a signal to click on the relay or whatever it is that get's the fan going i think that might be it or if anyone has any bright ideas i'd appreciate it
(oh car has 82000 miles)

The temp switch is in the thermostat housing where the fat lower radiator hose meets the engine. Get it? There is a connecto with some wires in it right there... that is where the switch sits.
ahh k so the thing that's kinda screwed into the side of the thermostat cover with the plug in it is what's sending the signal to the relay, alright i'll go get that thing (sensor?) checked thanx alot
don't forget about the thermostat! That ended up being my problem after changing the radiator and burping the system what seemed like 1,000 times!! Now the temp doesnt move from just below halfway!
(engine had about 75,000 at the time)
