Default won't start flooding turbo b16 question

well i have a 89 civic with an obd0 swap converted to obd1 with uberdata - i recently have had a problem with it running. It is dyno tuned and has been running great but now it will randomly start and when it does it runs alright just seem rich. i can literally leave it running, go for a drive, come back, let it cool down, turn it off and start it again and it will flood, wires are fine ive had two new sets of plugs, seems to fire correctly, and i replaced the ignition control module in the dizzy, and cap and rotor are fine, the fpr is fine, i pulled the line off and no fuel was passing(ripped diaphram), and for the injectors they are dsm 440's but when i tested them with the multimeter they were all the same. this might sound a little confusing but hopefully you have some insight. if i cant figure it out its going to the shop on mon.
thanks folks

your idle map section is too rich for startup, in crome (idk about uberdata) there is a start up multipler. But for 440s it shouldnt matter, you should invest in a wideband, this way you can dial in you afrs.

my car b16a obd1 wtih 880s (try tuning them ) if i drove, let my car cool down (not all the way) it wouldnt start at all. So i used the start up multiplyers to get it working better, not it idles like a stock b16a. I have my idle afr around 15:1 with 440s i bet you can shoot for a 16: and have it run fine.
Also, how do you plugs look?

Dave...could it be the main relay? I'd be clueless if it was only on cold starts that had this prob, but if it was after riding with the floor vents on, I'd say it could be. When my relay was fooked, it would crank and crank until I let the car air out a few minutes. If you get me that breaker bar I could toss the M300 wb in there and test or resolder your relay.

And just to re-iterate:
