Default lookign for information on a FRONT END SWAP

i have a 1993 del sol and i want to do a DELTEGRA swap to her (usdm) to change the headlights to somthing a little more my taste (though it may not be yours).

i am jsut wondering if anyone here has swapped an integra front end on to a del sol or an EG and if they can tell me what specificaly is involved to get proper fitiment and placement.

do i need a new hood latch? are the dimentions of the engine bay any diffrent? what else should i need other than the hood, bumper, fenders, lighting and rebar?

thanks in advance, MartinGouda

@ everyone besides the thread creator: Instead of being ******s why don't you help the guy? Who gives a flying **** if you don't like it or not, it's HIS car after all. Please refer to this thread, fuckbags. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1419175

This is the only thread I could find on it. I didn't find much other than this, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=744073 but I didn't do a complete search either. I would recommend searching even further to find this information.

what's wrong with that? just because you dont like it doesnt make it dumb. I think its ******* dumb how some people on this board paying a couple grand for some rare JdM parts that dont do **** and nobody can tell its JDM except other stupid JDM ricers. YES, RICERS. all them foos that use to have altezzas just swapped it out for amber corners

to thread creator, usdm on a del sol or deltegra as you like to call it I've seen it one time, a head turner due to the whaaaa affect but i dont think it looks nice. im biased though because i dont like the sol's rear end. but jdm integra fronts on eg hatches look nice. if you wanna do a conversion I say you do a rear conversion. there use to be a guy at my highscool that had a skyline rear on his delsol and it looked nice and clean

In all seriousness, you should be able to do this fairly easilly...

Parts list:

94+ Integra Fenders (You will probably have to cut these in half, and weld to your factory ones.
94+ Integra Hood
94+ Integra Bumper/headlights
94+ Integra Radiator Support

A lot of rewiring and making **** fit right, but it shouldn't be that bad.

seeing that i can't get a conclusive answer anywhere i think i am going to keep my delsol as a del sol front end and jsut try to add a lip and some paint and extra clear coat.

i dont think the body lines would translate well from an integra to a delsol... as seen in that pic...

i agree. it's doesn't flow at all. the 92-95 civic front end matches better.

do it, then give me your sol front end for my hatch, and i'll give my hatch front end to....

we'll be like those people with original beetles that all have different color body panels.
