94 EG d16z7 vtec put into 97 EK d16y6
hi people im new to this site.
the engine is near on a straight swap but on the vtec engine there is alot more wires, has anyone done this conversion and how was it over come, also i want to change the disks from the EG hatch to my EK coupeis this an easy conversion.

its a pain putting an OBD-1 engine in a 96+ civic, but ceratinly doable.
you'll have to have a conversion harness and an OBD-1 ECU.
search for the wiring though, its been covered a million times for sure.
