Default !!!!someone stole my VTEC HELP ME FIND IT!!!!!

I have read many of these forums and have not gotten an answer to my messed up problem. here it is VTEC will not activate. I have tried 2 vtec solenoids and i have checked the continuity of all the vtec wires. also checked for pins in head and they are all in correct area. i have enough oil no dents in the oil pan and still no vtec please help.
my setup
h23 block with all h22 internals including oil squirters, removed balancer shafts completely, and built head with cams. with p28 chipped ecu and have tried 3 working ecu's and still no solved problem

Yeah, it's the plug in on the top of the block between cylinders 2 and 3... It is right near your knock sensor... Please tell me you removed it?

It's not the oil cooling jets that's at the bottom of each cylinder. As mentioned, it's a oil passage that is plugged, between 2 and 3.

No. I look at everything. If there is a technical thread title, no one will pass it up. THey will only pass it up if they know nothing to help. In two days, there are 11 posts and 3 of them are yours. I don't think that title, nor your theory worked. Glad you solved the problem though.

its not an h23 vtec if its a h23 block with h22 internals.. itd be just a h22 with h23 stamped on it. like mine.
but yeah, if that plug was still in the block, thats your problem.
