Motor Mount

Will a 1992 h23 motor mount fit the 01 h22? I have a 92 lude which had the h23 and now has the newer motor, and I can feel a thud when I take off

it should mount fine. the h and f motors/trannys are interchangable, check that all the mounting bolts are tightened.

Would you reccomend poly mounts? I want something that is stiff...

if you need to replace them you might as well go with stiffer polyurethane ones. just about any will do.
