Installing a Turbokit
You bought a turbo kit with no prior experience? Ouch. Depending on the turbo you will need to hook up oil and or coolant lines to it. Then the vac lines for the boost controller, waste gate, etc. Find someone whos done it before thats local to help you is your best bet.

i have minimal turbo experience so someone correct me if im wrong, ill let you know which parts im not sure about:
but you should have:
turbo
wastegate
downpipe
manifold
intercooler and piping
oil lines, upgraded fuel injectors (unless you already have upgraded ones)
and upgraded (again unless you already have one)
blow off valve (not neccessary)
probably other **** i dont know about
manifold replaces you header or exhaust manifold.
the tubro will bolt onto that
turbo has two openings(i think):
1 is for the downpipe and the other is for the intercooler piping.
the intercooler (depending on which one you got) can be mounted right behind the front bumper. youll need to drill (or have someone do it) a hole in the oil pan for your oil line that leads to the turbo. the other oil line goes from the turbo to the oil pressure sensor (i think but im not sure). your oil line kit with probably come with the proper fittings and instructions youll need. install the new injectors and fuel pump and thats pretty much everything. youll also what some kind of upgraded fuel management, either chip your ECU or buy a different ECU.
these are just the basics cause ive only done minimal research but i hope it helps you get started.

what about vacum lines....i know like what parts to use and get...just need to match where they go..u know..connect the dots..lol pictures would help alot too..i know theres gotta be some site showin how to do it..but i cant seem to find it...thx for the help by the way

****, that was easy. Wipe out the inside, make a wall of duct tape to catch all falling metal, drill the hole, and JB weld a nut onto the pan.

There are 3 types of hoses on a honda:
-Vacuum
-Coolant
-Fuel
Find the line that has nothing in it and you'll be fine.
****, that was easy. Wipe out the inside, make a wall of duct tape to catch all falling metal, drill the hole, and JB weld a nut onto the pan.

I assume you have a D series.

i wouldnt recommend using JB weld on a turbo return line fitting, either get it welded by an exhaust shop or use a weldless fittings and some stat-o-seals.
as far as vaccuum lines go you have a few options
1. just use some platic vaccuum tees off of various lines on the manifold ex: fpr or pretty much any line running to the intake mani
2. use a vaccuum manifold such as the ge that taps the brake booster for a stong vaccuum source and provides multiple ports to run your vaccuum lines.

Depends if he has an internal wastegate or not.
Oh, and a BOV is necessary, cause a turbo spinning backwards isn't cool.
