i got 99 dx with a d16y7 and i found on ebay that they are selling headers for it for like $70 shipped there supppossibly dc headers. My car has the cat. converter right under the exhuast manifold. How would mount the the cat back on to the car when they look like this?

they are the type thats like a two piece, but would i have to re mount the cat somewhere else or could i just the the top header half and not use the down pipe looking part?
