yo man, read....I hate being the one that sees these threads, but you have to work for yourself man. Don't expect people to just lay it out for you.

fast, no, COULD BE...better off going LS-T

good platform, I'd say prolly not, B17 is sometimes hard to get parts for...try a LS-T or a B16/B18C

hmmm..... both cars would require premium... and if you are cruising around out of boost, I don't think the milage on the LS-T would be too bad...

you dont necessarily have to run premium but it is highly recommended because of the high compression (for a stock car)but if i were u id get it they are pretty rare as far as i know its alot like a b16 jus a lil more stroke but dont quote me on that

92-93 GS-R are rare.. Yes I've met a lot of people who have NO CLUE about these cars and that they even exsisted.

Fast??? A little bit. Nothing special.. 128 WHP Stock. Not bad.. It's all Highend power. 4000 RPM's and above is where the power is at.

The only I dont like about my 92 GS-R is that no parts are interchangeable. And parts are so hard to find. 90-93 Integra's cannot be supercharged which sucks *** because of clearance issues.. Yes i know some guy put a Vortech Unit on his GS-R, but it was a VERY tight fit and no room to work and stuff like that.

What i do like about them is the front end.. the 1-piece JDM headlights make the front end look really nice. Do NOT put a body kit on these cars.. Keep it original as possible.. They are clean cars.

If you want HP, build a nice LS or B20/VTEC. Im planning a nice B20/VTEC. I've seen these things put down anywhere from 223whp - 275whp.

I'm aiming for 230-240whp range. That should be enough for me.

Overall, they are nice cars. If you can find one in good shape, that hasn't been hacked up or riced out, and a good price, id say go for it. But a 94+up GS-R would also be nice.

they are pretty fast for stock.. its a really nice engine. they last long. I just put 239,010 miles on mine today.

they are good for building i would think. i would say they would be good for turbo if built right because there is not a lot of stress on the cylinder walls and rings because of the little torque. I think its because its a long stroke and short something. i forget.
