is my idle control valve shot
ok i have a b16a swap in my 91 civic si when i go to start the car in the morning it will take a little time to start and when it starts it will idle at 500 rpms for about a min and then go up to 1500 and then when the car warms up it will go back down to 500 rpms and the car will fill like it want to cut off do u think it my idle control valve i have a fuel gauge on the car and it goes up too 44 psi what do u think

have you bled the coolant system? usually thats causes somewhat... and also you got the FITV to blame, TPS sensor, vacuum leak... a lot of stuff to troubleshoot...
When my car warms up the RPM will drop to like 300 or lower(I think sometimes that my car is going to die). I don't know my problem either. do u have to take the radiator cap off and run the car for awhile to make sure the system is bleed fully?
