engine shaking real bad?
did an auto to manual conversion and im thinking a couple of mount may be loose?
i dont know, but i know that one of the mount is missing, and its the lower passenger side tranny stiffiner.
would re-installing that mount stop the engine from shaking?
or could it be that i've been riding the clutch soo much that something is messed up?

fix that problem first, and if your engine still shakes, come back

omg dude get that mount ASAP...i drove mine without that mount thinking it would be ok (did auto to manual)...what it did was put uneccesary stress on the rear mount COMPLETELY ripping the rubber in it up....my car went from running a 15.4 to running a 16.6 because of that missing mount and the torn rear one
I drove without that mount for a month or two, felt the same just when you let go off the gas at high speed it jerks a little,
but then again i have hasport mounts
i also did my car auto/manuel, and at the first 10 minutes my car was really unstable, but then i just let it sit for 10 minutes gently giving it gas and it went away...weird..

You should feel comfortible moving the engine up and down a few inches using the jack, that's completely OK. Just don't pick up the whole front of the car with the jack under the engine.
Make sure you put a wooden block between the oil pan and the jack to prevent damage or denting of the pan. (You don't want to cause a leak)
Running the Car without the mount in the first place = bad idea.
Hope it all works out well.
