Default 14" Wheels?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has tried to put 14" wheels over the DC2R brakes?

Not just any 14" wheel as obviously they wont fit, but something with crap loads of clearance such as the volk te37's.

was just hoping they'd fit because going of experience with my mazda protege5 it's quite likely. on my protege5 i have 295mm rotors and series 5 rx7 calipers (4 piston). they are big calipers. i have about 7-8mm clearance over the caliper with my stock 16" wheels. i have 15x7.5" wheels for my drag radials and i have about the same clearance over the calipers.

Id honestly like to see/know this as well. My 15" TEs have a bunch of clearance. Obviously the 4x114.3 can run 14" wheels.

you do know the stud pattern of the wheel has FA to do with the size of the brakes?

Duh. I thought the 4-lug ITR's had the same sized brakes as the 5-lug. Spoon calipers do fit them...
