You can get a licence plate at any DMV as long as you have $70 and registration. You can get the licence plate bracket from Honda or a relocation bracket from many members on this board, Roaring Turtle being the most reliable source. The bumper you can get through Certifit or Honda. The grass you can find at a sod farm.
