Default Car Bogging & Stalling - Plug Pic

Yesterday I removed my power steering using the Honda Tech PS Removal Kit by Padawan. Great and very complete kit by the way. Removing the pump a bunch of PS fluid spilt on my air filter. I tried to soak it up then I placed a rag over the top of the filter to catch anything else that spilt...not much more spilt.

Taking it for a test drive the car ran fine. Taking it out later that night after 20 minutes of driving it started to bog during acceleration...almost like I was learning to drive stick again. At certain times it even stalled at idle, but usually at idle and and at a steady speed it everything seemed normal. It was just bogging during acceleration and occasional stalling.

I thought that the air filter might have been clogged but I removed it and it still ran bad. It's been 3000 miles since I changed my plugs so I thought that might be the case. I did a compression test at the same time and compression was even. After throwing in new BKR7E's gapped at .028" the problem still occured. I checked my plugs and this is what I saw...

Sorry for the Camera pic but it's all I got.

Heavy soot and smelling like fuel. Apparently it's running rich...I think. Any suggestions on what to do?

By the way this car was tuned in April on Neptune.

check for kinks in fuel return line, since you were in that area with the PS stuff.

No CEL codes... what sensor could it be that's going??? I can only think of the O2 sensor I'm at 68K and don't they last for 60K miles give or take? Wouldn't I throw a code for that one too?

if you have any working distributors around, try swapping out a cap, rotor, plug wires, or even the whole distributor. maybe you're getting weak spark.
