I have a 2.5 inch down pipe all the way down to the flexpipe. I have or am about to put 3 inch on back from there with a resonator instead of a cat. I am buying a cat just inspections. Is this safe? I know you shouldn't go smaller, but will this slow up the exhaust any? Will it improve it? Alot?
