im having a hard time taking my driver axle off. i tried hitting it with a hammer and it barely moves. i tried wd-40 and hond parts washed and other kind of lubricant and it still dont work. does anybody have any suggestions?

 

im assumign u took the axle nut off right? take a big *** hammer and place it up against the end of the axle, then take a bigger hammer and hike up ur skirt and start wailing on it.

 

****.. i'm having a major brain fart and cant remember the name, but did u remove the lower cotter pin and nut on the bottom of the hub assembly so you can pull the brake forward?

 

everything is removed. just need to pull the axle off from the hub.

 

i assume you are not near a compressor because you could hit it with an air hammer in the recessed part. but you could fit somthing into the recessed part and hit it with a hammer while the knucke was pulled away from the trans
