I am trying to order a set of rings for myu 81.5mm us itr pistons and they only have domestic size by inches.

Also is a 81.5mm a .20 over piston? I am getting confused on this build. I hate rare pistons

Yes sir. 0.5 millimeters = 0.020 inches.

Or more specifically, 0.5 millimeters = 0.019685 inches, which is basically 0.020.
