Default Connector to TEMPERATURE SENSOR....HELP! 93 Civic

On a 93 Civic, under the distributor is a sensor with a connector attached to it. I think this is the sensor that send the temperature level to the gauge.

Can someone check their car and tell me if they have a green or yellow wire that's NOT connected (it's not connected on mine) that's part of the wiring harness that goes to this sensor.

Is yours loose like mine or connected/attached to something? If it's connected, can you tell me where?

I'd appreciate ANY help as my temperature gauge is not working and I've replaced this sensor.

Thanks!
