A.market mounts, inserts, which ones do I need? which company?

A.market mounts, inserts, which ones do I need?
ok, im thoroughly confused, after doing a search and reading, I got the impression that for a swap (b18 into ek), you need the cam gear mount (place racing or HASport). Is that the only mount that needs to be changed?
Also, how many inserts should I buy, are they really neccessary? (Excessive rattling a prob?), is prothane the only company that makes them, and how much should they cost?
sorry about all the questions, I really want to make sure I do the swap right.
