Default poly auto-manual mounts?

getting an auto-manual innovative poly mount
when the swap is all done will my chasis get uneven vibrations from the mount being harder? is it possible to swap the poly insert for regular rubber one?

and i did search this with no answer:
if i got poly inserts for all of my mounts, how much vibration difference will that make?

If you replace the rear mount with poly urethane solid or insert, you will get quite a bit of vibration from the motor. The other mounts don't increase vibration noticeably.
