has anyone ever ran the turbo manifold from ebay? i got one for free from my cousin and was wondering if its worth using it? or have a log one made for about 250

no its not worth using it . check SSAC ssautochrome and youll get all your answers. its a complete waste of time IMO.

 

my buddy has one on his ls motor and its cracked in a gazillion places. it looks like a big piece of weld

 

I have an xo2 intercooler and it's extremely high quality. *shrugs*

 

1. install the SSAC manifold
2. turn your boost to 30psi
3. set up video camera
4. do a dyno poll
5. post video

 

those manis are trash snaped mine like a champ..... bmc log all the way

 

hey buddy, with the money your gonna waste on that manifold, give it to me so i can atleast donate it.

its not a good manifold.

 

I ran ss auto chrome on my gsr in my hatch and put down 311 whp @ 9.5 lbs. Ran 13.0 on horse **** track but trapped 118.
I now run a xs power intercooler and mani. on my evo and the evo is somewhere in the 11's on spray. No cracks ever!!!

it put that kinda WHP down cuz it spiked probably. no one said it woudlnt make power.

we're just sayin it doesnt last.

AHHHHH i see jons friend .. well i think you made a GREAT CHOICE !! .. however i would have to say im a bit biased towards my own products

i can just picture that manifold cracking in my head

 

Everytime I see one of this manifolds it's on really shitty setups. Buy something else. Castiron manifolds that come with drag, and fullrace kits are better and can be bought for around $200.
